Administrative Assistant in the Service Center are groups of Administrative Assistants who provide dedicated support to Senior Managers and/or Managers for a specific FSS in US/India. In general, Service Centers will serve Senior Managers/Managers in larger offices where there is a critical mass of those requiring administrative service.
Service Center service offerings will be in accordance with the SLAs, i.e., Service Centers will offer the same set of services to FSSs Senior Managers and Managers as traditionally assigned AAs.
� Process time and expenses in DTE
� Provide select DPS services
� MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint - format/edit drafts of client deliverables (e.g., fonts, layout, content, etc.)
� Reserve conference rooms through LiveMeeting, including video conference arrangements / Telesuite Meetings
� Conduct basic, informational searches (e.g., via Internet, Intranet)
� eRoom maintenance
� Create and maintain email/vmail distribution lists (internal and/or business)
� Create & format WebSurveyor & its results
� Generate reports from Deloitte specific applications
� Provide support to AA team & its Leaders on special projects
� Internet platforms - creation/maintenance
� Mailing Services
� Transcription and Closed Captioning
� Hot Spots (Creating work spaces)
� Managing Calendar
� Data Entry
� Coordinate work with Document and Creative Services (DCS)
� Other Deloitte applications, as appropriate
